Matt joined SSOE in 2007 as a Mechanical Engineer in what is now the firm’s Process operation, with a focus on industrial chemical projects. He advanced through several roles, including Department Manager for Process Mechanical, overseeing the firm’s India operations, and a business development-focused position supporting new client pursuits. Matt now serves as Principal Division Manager leading business development leadership & execution within the Process SBU, providing focused leadership around client relationships, market growth, project leadership, and delivery excellence. He is frequently called upon as a technical Subject Matter Expert for industrial and chemical process work and has also taken on project management responsibilities to help ensure successful project delivery. Matt has more than two decades of technical experience and works out of SSOE’s Toledo, Ohio office. He holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
