Raul Estrada, Jr. serves as Senior Vice President overseeing global Tool Install Operations. With more than 30 years of experience in global tool installation, Raul brings deep technical expertise and leadership to complex, large-scale projects worldwide, guiding project teams to deliver exceptional results. Raul joined SSOE in 2013 as a Senior Project Manager through the merger with Evergreen EDC and quickly advanced to Department Manager within the Advanced Technology SBU. In 2016, he was promoted to Division Manager of the Tool Install group, became a Principal in 2019, and was named Vice President in 2021. Today, Raul continues to lead Tool Install with an expanded focus on markets beyond semiconductor. Throughout his career, Raul has pioneered innovative methods for schedule reduction and process improvement, many of which have become industry standards. Raul studied Mechanical Engineering at New Mexico State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
