Rick has more than 20 years of experience managing large, complex, fast-track projects in the chemical and manufacturing industries. He started his career at SSOE as a college intern in 2005 and became a full-time employee after graduating from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology. Over the years, Rick has advanced through several project leadership roles, including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, and Department Manager leading project managers for SSOE’s chemical business. Rick now leads the centralized Process PMO, strengthening project management capabilities and creating greater consistency, collaboration, and development opportunities across the project management team.
