Jeff is responsible for the planning, aesthetic expression, technical guidance, and integration of engineering systems into architecture as it applies to the programmatic needs of each individual project. He helps define the needs, budget, and quality of the project and develop the conceptual design and subsequent refinements through design. Jeff designs with consideration for health, safety, efficiency, and economics utilizing materials and systems appropriate for their particular applications. His design and technical leadership provides architectural continuity throughout the project. Jeff is responsible for performing and directing others in the design of various industrial facilities. His additional responsibilities include developing project proposals, budgets, code reviews, construction cost estimates, and specifications as well as construction site visits and reviewing shop drawings. Jeff’s activities pertain to new structures and modifications to existing facilities, performed to comply with local and national codes and regulations.
