In this role, Robby guides a team of architectural business leaders in developing and executing strategies that position SSOE at the forefront of innovation, client engagement, and market expansion. His leadership ensures that SSOE’s architectural strategy is aligned with the firm’s vision for design excellence and market leadership across diverse markets and regions. With 31 years of experience in architecture, Robby has built a career focused on understanding operational needs and translating them into facility designs that fulfill client visions, goals, and occupant requirements. He is highly skilled in fostering client relationships, front-end planning, and creative problem-solving, consistently delivering solutions that meet complex project demands. Robby holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. His graduate studies emphasized the programming and design of healthcare facilities, resulting in a significant portfolio of outstanding work within the healthcare design industry. As a founding member of the American College of Healthcare Architects and a former member of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health Board of Directors, Robby is widely recognized as an expert in healthcare facility design.
